Our Journeys

Like so many women in perimenopause, you’re probably spinning a lot of plates whilst also navigating a wave of physical, emotional, mental (and often unexplainable) shifts that can feel like too much.

As hormone levels begin to drop, it’s not unusual for old stuff to resurface - grief, stress, unresolved patterns .... the estrogen veil lifts & with it, we often find ourselves questioning everything - our capacity, our identity & even our purpose.

That’s why we created The Journeys.

These are live, immersive experiences - anywhere from 10 to 28 days, offering structured but flexible somatic support.

You can join live if you want connection & community or go at your own pace with the replays. No pressure.

Each Journey blends somatic healing, vagus nerve work & nervous system focused breathwor .... designed to help you unwind stress, shift long-held tension & release what your body has been holding onto all this time.

We totally get that committing to daily practices or long programmes can feel unrealistic when you’re already stretched .... so we’ve shaped these Journeys to meet you where you are right now - giving you choice, rhythm & support without the overwhelm.
