There is no specific answer for this as it varies person to person - most will notice benefits early on using the grounding and relaxing practices and as the course progresses, more release work is incorporated. The specific sequence of movements are aimed to help you release stuck energy and emotions which can come at any time and is very much individual dependent.
They vary in length however around 10 minutes on average (there are a few days that are longer and some shorter).
During a release you may experience physical sensations - tingling, buzzing, lightness etc. You might also release by crying, sneezing, belly rumbling etc - these are signs that things are moving and processing in your body.
When you experience any sensations or emotions, just feel into them - don't resist and they quickly pass through - this is an important part of the somatic processing,
Yes you can still take part - just listen to your body and if at any stage you feel pain or discomfort, stop and either modify what you are doing or skip the exercise if still any concerns. All the practices are slow and gentle however always listen to your own body.
Often we don't stick to things because we are too busy or aren't fully invested in something. Remember, it is only 10-15 minutes a day for 28 days (or a bit longer if you miss any days).
